Items and their percentages: Everyone knows the Percentages are always random but can be calculated to make a certain ratio of succeeding. Here is a list of percentages using scrolls from MY ro zeny experiences and many have agreed.
Elemental damage and Stat scrolls are roughly around 95% but have been known to fail twice in a row occasionally. Changing elemental damage on staffs is 100% succeeding so no need to worry about your staff ever breaking.
Creating items to +9 is a very low possibility and to +10 is like a 1% succeeding ratio.
